  Tracey Morton handle funeral arrangements for our mother.We were so impressed with the caring and professionalism shown to us.She made a difficult time easier for us.We loved the way she explained every detail to us.Our mom look so beautiful.She had a long illness.Tracey fix her hair and make up perfect.Although we didn't have police escort,we had no problem getting to Eastern Gate memorial cemetery.Thanks Tracey ,may God bless and keep you always is our prayer.

  Tracy is wonderful....I am a only child and when my Mom passed I was in a fog..I had to do everything by myself....she literately took care of me.....Calling me several times a day asking me where I was and what I was doing. She walked me through it all....I was the center of her attention....I've attended other funerals that used Tracy's Services....And she is about her business....Professional and Loving in the same breath.....Thank You Tracy

  TRACY MORTON IS SO PROFFESIONAL SHE GAVE SUCH GREAT CARE TO PREPARING MY MOTHER AND ALLOWED ME TO BE SO INVOLED IN EVERY SINGLE DETAIL AND I THANK HER SO MUCH FOR HER STAFFS PROFESIONALISM AND ALWAYS KEEPING IN TOUCH SHE WAS ON POINT WITH TIMES AND HER FACILTY IS BEAUTIFUL I RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE IF YOU WANT GREATNESS FOR YOUR LOVED ONES AND WANT THEM TO BE TAKEN CARE OF WELL GO TO TRACEY MORTON PROFESSIONALISM AT IT'S FINEST.

  My father was recently laid to rest in Pensacola Florida. Our family is originally from Pensacola however, we are military and have been away for several years. We used Tracy Morton’s Memorial Chapel by recommendation. The facility is state of the art, however, the location and poor customer service left me wishing we made a different choice. The sheer lack of accountability and compassion exhibited by the staff during the planning of his services was unacceptable. Tracy Morton was unwilling to provide services until my father’s insurance policy paid out. Even though she had a copy of the policy and had contacted the insurance company. She was aware of the fact that the policy would pay out in ten days, however, insisted on being paid up front; after we paid for the services in full the lack of compassion and unprofessional lack of accountability continued. My father was embalmed in Kansas were he passed away. The releasing funeral home did not properly groom him before shipping his body. When asked about my father’s grooming Tracy Morton said “that’s not my fault”. I was not asking who was to blame I was simply inquiring about her ability to fix it. She became very defensive and immediately threw the releasing funeral home under the bus. Tracy Morton has a lot to learn about compassion, and professional responsibility if she wishes to build her reputation.
